Trust Funding

As a part of our estate planning package we will do all trust funding. Trust funding is the process whereby all of your assets are transferred from you as an individual to you as trustee of your trust. We prepare new grant deeds to real property, change titles on bank accounts and change beneficiaries on life insurance, pensions and retirement plans.

The funding of a trust is critical to probate avoidance so we help clients through this process to ensure that all assets are titled correctly.
